    大闸蟹

    出国以后几乎没有什么机会吃大闸蟹,说实话我也不是那么爱吃不可,只是每到深秋致电回家时,总是听到妈妈说一家人都在吃大闸蟹,那种乡愁让人难熬。隔着电话我总是会鼻子一酸告诉妈妈我想家。
    回国已经两年半了,第一个深秋我就怀了33不能吃说是那东西寒,来年我是哺乳期还是依旧禁忌,好不容易到了今年我放肆得享受着这许多人都为之倾倒的美食。一次我和哥哥看旅游频道,说国外人吃蟹不会立即去蒸,因为这样蟹死的很痛苦会挣扎导致之后的蟹肉吃起来很紧,正确的方法是放点啤酒让它们醉了以后再蒸,算是安乐死吧蟹肉也会因酒没有了腥味更鲜嫩。于是这次我们吃大闸蟹的时候也用了同样的方法,果然不错,况且我们也不会绑蟹脚,也不用担心放进去蒸的时候它们痛苦的挣扎让自己有罪恶感,哈哈哈。推荐给大伙儿试试,还真的不错。
    我吃这类东西动作非常娴熟,而且剔肉非常干净,而哥哥却不行他笨手笨脚的,而且往往很费劲的还弄不出蟹脚上的肉,我教了他很多次,后来他还说是我牙齿好的关系,唉,还说我的办法不适合他。常常是他怕麻烦就不陪我吃了,我今天让他做了回“皇帝”,前提是因为他总是把我当“女王”,我是天枰因此时不时的总是喜欢换位行动。我剔了整只蟹给哥哥吃,放了点醋蟹肉和蟹黄蟹膏一起让他一大口给吃了,应该是非常爽的感觉吧,不然他不会闭着眼睛品尝那么久的,呵呵呵呵。
    今天我吃了1只小雄蟹,膏还不是太多,等待西北风吹得更猛一些,蟹脚硬一些了,我也要剔整只给自己吃,宠爱自己!
